Basic run down;
Magdalena 'Magda' Moreau; if you call her Maggie she will deck you.
- Volatile, brash and a loudmouth, she swears like a sailor and isn't afraid to square up and tell someone to fuck off; this is to distract from the fact that the figurative walls she puts up around herself are 50ft high. She's very guarded over how she truly feels and will do everything she can to keep herself from being seen as vulnerable. This has been taken advantage of in the past when she was too young to defend herself, so she built those defences very early and has no intention of letting them fall.
- She's cheeky and has a wicked sense of humour, and when she's in a good mood/good place emotionally, she can be a laugh to be around. And if she likes someone or befriends them, then she'll be as good a friend as they prove to be to her. She enjoys having friends, but Magda's loyalty lies first and foremost with herself. However, there is a caring, protective, almost motherly side to her even at this age. It's just buried under the tactics and attitudes she's learned to survive.
- She's ambitious, and fully intends to break away from her life thus far and find a totally new path for herself. While she doesn't know what she wants to do with her life yet, as long as she has money, food and a decent place to live, she's content to take the time to figure that out.
- Has a bad temper, needs very little provocation to turn things physical/violent. The only reason she wasn't a bully in school was because it'd take too much effort. With her two best friends and her youngest sister being the exceptions, Magda's too self-centred to put any real energy to tormenting anyone else on a consistent basis.
- Has very little problem with stealing/shoplifting, usually food, makeup, and clothes. She grew up walking the poverty line and so while her makeup is generally immaculate, you can guarantee none of it was paid for. Any money her mother had went on booze and drugs, and her older sister, like Magda, was out for no.1. Her money went on herself, so it fell to Magda to look out for herself and for the youngest of the three of them, Gracie.
- Around this time, both Magda and her younger sister were taken into foster care and subsequently separated, which didn't do much to help her emotional state or her behaviour. If she wasn't making things difficult for whatever home she was placed in, she was running away and trying to find her own place in the world.
